Good news to coffee lovers out there! If you love coffee then you are reaping the benefits of this drink as it has a high amount of antioxidant. Even coffee grounds has a lot of benefits to our body specially on the skin.

So, you made a cup of coffee from that coffee maker and enjoying the aroma and taste of it. What was left on strainer is the coffee grounds. Don’t throw it! It has a big use not just to environment but to your skin as well.

How these coffee grounds can be beneficial to your skin? Coffee grounds mixed with coconut oil when scrub to your skin can reduce the appearance of cellulite as well as butt acne. While caffeine stimulates dilation, the scrubbing motion increases blood circulation on the skin. The coconut oil acts as a moisturizer and provide glow to the skin. It’s like massaging your skin daily with the combination of coffee grounds and coconut oil. In the long run, it can also fade dark marks.

To prepare the paste, get a bowl, put some coffee grounds (used also will do), add some coconut milk or oil, and then, mix thoroughly. While in the bathroom, take out some from the paste and with circular motion, scrub on your legs for about 30 min. Rinse with warm water after. Get that glowing legs in no time. Do this at least 2-3 times a week and you’ll notice the difference in longer use.
